thickening miniaturized hairs (photo)

This 24 y/0 man was on finasteride and minoxidil for one year and reversed the miniaturized hairs in the forelock and filled in the area behind the forelock that was bare.  The corners are still not present and if he wants a normal hairline, I suspect that only a hair transplant will do this
