I started noticing this like a month ago. I think I’m starting to lose my hair. I’ve been working out heavily and cutting my calories since Jan. That’s the biggest change in my lifestyle. My goal is to go from 245 -> 175-185. I’m doing like a 1000 cal deficit but honestly my eating hasn’t been on point sometimes I do a meal a day or a bunch at once.
