1 year on microneedling twice a week, minoxiidl and DHT blocker (photo)

This is a 41-year-old male.  Men of this age, are often thought not to respond to medication; however, I am sure that the dermaroller twice a week (one week would suffice, got such nice reversal of what appears to be a Class 6 or 7 pattern of hair loss).
