Surgical Advancement Hairline in Male Looks Female

I found this picture on an internet forum. The patient wanted his hairline lowered and elected to have it lowered by a doctor who does not understand what a hairline should look like. All men, if they have a high hairline, nearly 100% of such men will have genetic hairline recession. As a man ages, the hairline will continue to go back and recede more. This particular patient now has a scar in front of his hairline which is subtle now, but will be very obvious as his hairline recedes further. Add to that the design of the hairline which is classic ‘female’ hallmarked by a rounded concave hairline that is very feminine.
