FUE from the inside out

This was presented at last years (2013) ISHRS convention creating a mystery at the meeting. It is essentially an FUE from under the scalp where through an incision in the scalp, a fiber-optic scope is inserted identifying the lowest level of each follicular unit and then isolated and extracted leaving a hole in the scalp at the point of extraction. It is an interesting concept but one that I hardly believe will ever become practical or as good as traditional FUE as it is more invasive.
