Removing hair before getting a hair transplant

I was thinking, is it possible to ask doctor to use some kind of lasers or whatever to actually remove some of DHT sensitive hairs before making hair transplant so you would make bigger hair transplant and pay more but it would take a lot longer for any further visible hair loss?  ie. if you are nw3 is it possible to ask doctor to make you nw 4-4.5 and transplant hair into all those bald spots?

It makes no sense to remove hair to get hair. Leave it there and any good surgeon knowns how to transplant you with the existing hair present.
