Neckline Hair Recession

The hairline above my neck (neckline?) is thinning and receding from the middle, upwards and out slightly. I am a 24 year old male and have been on propecia and minoxidil for over a year. I have not regrown any hair nor has my hairloss stopped. I was wondering if the neckline recession has any implications for my hairloss and maybe why I have not responded well to treatments. Thanks!

You are (I suspect) talking about your neck hair. I would need to know that. The way you tell, is to find the notch at the base of your skull in the back of your head. Men have a prominent occipital notch. The neck hair is just below the notch. If this is the hair that you are losing, I would like to know and then write back to me and we will discuss it.
