Growing Facial Hair Up To My Eyes from Rogaine Use!

I have been utilizing rogaine for my receding hairline, but I have noticed a lot of facial growing all the way up to my eyes. I read that facial hair was a side effect for women. If I discontinue rogaine will the hairs go away. I am 22 years old.
