This question comes up during every election cycle, and we’ve talked about it a few times before… though usually about world leaders. The candidate with the better hair always seems to have the upper hand. At least Rick Scott’s campaign seems to have a good sense of humor about it, based on the quotes his spokespeople have given (see the article).
