Can massage cause hair loss?

I watched some videos by perfect hair health and the guy says to be very vigorous with the massages, but isn’t that detrimental to weaker hair? Thanks

Absolutely.  Massage can cause hair loss without question. Rough pulling on miniaturized hairs pull them out.
