Chin Hair Loss
There are no scars in the area but on the left side of my chin about 3 months ago I developed a bald spot about the size of a quarter. there are some very light hairs but not growing. Also I have developed smaller spots under the chin line. I am on no medication and my hair is a very dark brown.
These balding spots may be a sign of alopecia areata. This is NOT a diagnosis, just a possibility. You need to see a doctor (dermatologist) to get a real diagnosis.
I had a baldspot like that develop on my chin, 3 months later the hair grew back, but stark white
This EXACT same thing has happened to me. I got these bald spots on my chin. I have to shave a lot more often now, because it looks ridiculous when I don’t shave to have those spots. I am 37 years old. Finally I did notice some very fine, light peach fuzz like white hair does grow there but very little. The patches are practically smooth and bald where there used to be hard beard stubble.
If someone could figure out what causes this and DO IT INTENTIONALLY to parts of the body where people WANT hair removal done, trust me it would be LIKE GOLD.
If I could just get it the rest of my face to do this I wouldn’t even have to shave anymore. Be nice to do to my balls too lol.
