Class Action Law Suit Approved by the Quebec Government

This is a real problem for the few men that have permanent erectile dysfunction claimed from the drug Propecia, made by Merck.

The problem that they will face in court will be two-fold:

1. Can they prove that they have Erectile dysfunction at all and is it related to this drug?
2. There is a normal frequency of Erectile Dysfunction in the normal population.
