Does Loud Music Keep You From Losing Hair?
Are rockers in rock bands immune to balding. would loud music keep the DHT away from attacking your hair follicles? most rockers i see have long thick hair!
I have had many famous rockers (and not-so-famous rockers) come to my office after experiencing hair loss and then got it back with transplants. So no, loud music is not protective… it will just make you deaf.
That’s funny because I have noticed the same thing, and for years I was convinced there was a link between loud music and keeping your hair. Or maybe it was people that liked rock music happened to not having the balding gene. I figured out this puzzle, though – guys in rock bands, with long hair, do whatever they can to keep up their image. That means hair transplants, hair pieces, and wigs! Or they do what Metallica did and cut their hair off – or get transplants (like Kirk Hammett). Tons of guys in bands wear fake hair!
dc, Paul Stanley had hair transplants, and he wears his hair real hair short sometimes. When he has long hair, that means he’s wearing a wig.
DC, A friend of mine told me Paul Stanley has transplants. I forget exactly how she knows, but she seems pretty sure of it – I know a few other people that know him personally and it seems public knowledge that he has them because they all confirmed it as well. But you never know for sure!
