Finasteride not working, should I add minoxidil?

On fin for almost 2 years now and Finasteride worked amazing for the first year then miniaturization started again. I went on Dutasteride, but got breast pain and had to stop it. My doctor told me to try minoxidil in addition to going back on finasteride, what do you think? Will the minoxidil reverse the miniaturization?

Yes, it may be worthwhile. The problem is the minoxidil grows new hair and does not reverse miniaturization.
