I got a great result from finasteride and then stopped it one month ago and all of the hair fell out.

When people get reasonable results from finasteride and then stop it, they get what I call “Catch-up hair loss‘ which means that you lose not only the hair gain you got on the drug but all of the hair you would have lost had you not taken the drug. Hopefully 1 month may be enough of a gap to reverse the stoppage.
