How Did Pro Hockey Player Ryan Getzlaf Lose Hair So Quickly?
Good day Dr.Rassman and company. Here is a picture of professional hockey player Ryan Getzlaf back in 2003 when he had gotten drafted to the Anaheim Ducks.
This is him in: 2003, 2010, 2012
How did he lose hair so fast?
According to Google, Ryan Getzlaf is 27 years old now… so he was a teenager in that first photo from 2003 and his juvenile hairline is clearly evident. In young men (under 35 years old) hair loss is not a steady process, as it may come in spurts. Hair loss over an 8-9 year time frame is not fast from a genetic point of view.
Interesting article I recalled seeing long time ago about hockey players losing their hair.. “Hockey hair is going the way of bench-clearing brawls”.

Although he looks good in the 2003 photo with a full head of hair, he also looks good in 2012 with it closely shaved.
Wish I could just shave mine and not worry about it!
It’s sad to see such a beautiful head of hair go so fast!
yes, it is sad to see him lose hair so fast. I am losing hair but luckily I have been using finasteride for the past decade so my loss has been really slow. I am still waiting on a cure.
I read that anabolic steroids often causes that.. And everybody know that NHL players use them so…
