I Have a Widow’s Peak and My Father Doesn’t, So Will I Not Go Bald Like He Did?
Dr. Rassman
I have a question about widow’s peaks.I have a widow’s peak that just about touches the highest wrinkle on my forehead and i have very very thick hair, with a mature hairline in the temples.
My father has never had a widows peak and his hair began to thin around my age (19). So does this mean i will probably not follow his balding pattern, considering he has never had a widows peak and started losing his hair at my age?
There’s no way to really tell yet at your age, but you will know more about your pattern when you are greater than 25 years old. I don’t know your full family hair loss history, so there’s a possibility that you inherit a different pattern from somewhere else in your family tree.
Millons of people (MEN AND WOMEN) are praying for the news treatments better than minoxidil and finasteride (XX century)…
I have a widows peak, father did not.. I am balding.
My pattern is totally different to my Dads. I clearly take after a different side of the family.
