I’m 23, now thinning and losing my hairline. What should be my plan as I look to the future?
I generally want to treat someone of your age with medications until your final hair loss pattern becomes evident, usually about 26 years of age. I usually start off developing a Master Plan with each of my patients, laying out what I am suggesting we do as things progress good or bad. I always start off with a HAIRCHECK test to get a baseline on a starting point with numbers, like the numbers on a blood test tell you accurately where you test results are. I realize that every young man needs a good doctor and a good relationship where you doctor is always on your side, not trying to rip you off but rather trying to bend with the wind of change that will always happen in genetic balding.
