I’m Losing Hair All Over My Scalp, Including the Sides and Back of My Neck

i’m 29 years old. i lost all my hair from all parts of my head, the sides the back down of neck. it began slowly about 5 years ago. the quality of my hair has become horrible. i want to know is this an androgenetic alopecia because it affect all my head hair !!
