This is a significant news story on the potential dangers of dietary supplements, which I hope many of our readers take to heart. There are no free rides in this world.
Does anybody know how many micrograms of selenium a one (daily) dose of this supplement contained? And does anyone know how many micrograms of selenium, consumed daily, exceed what is considered healthy? I use a different vitamin/mineral supplement myself called mivototal, which, if followed the dose given on the bottle will give 50 micrograms selenium. I, however, only take half the dose so that leaves me with 25 additional micrograms a day.
Thanks in advance for any answer to my question!
