Increase sex drive on finasteride a real problem

I am a user of low dose Finastride (0.25 mg). I experienced high sex drive after 8 months. I don’t have impotency. I masturbate double my usual amount. After masturbating, I feel exhausted, depressed and can’t think straight for several hours. Is masturbating less the only answer?
