Losing Hair Around the Ears, Back, and Hands

my hair are thinning in a unique pattern. they are thinning near the ears and now my are scanty at the crown, not thin but are still thick. now my hair is falling from my back and even my hands. do you think my dieting has a role in this ?

I really can not answer you without at least photos or a physical examination. There could be nutrient deficiencies, genetics, disease, or something else entirely. There’s just too little information for me to point you in any kind of proper direction. I’d see a local dermatologist to start off.
