It has been 3 months since my hair transplant, can I now start washing it?

I believe that you are the first person I have seen to show the results of no washing of the hair transplant area for three months. Of course you can and should be washing your hair with a good quality shampoo and you will find the crusts will all come off, possibly after the first wash.
