I have my doubts. Copper-peptide has had many positive claims and I use it on patients to prevent redness after a surgery in people who are prone to it. So I think that copper-peptide has value, but doubt it would reverse eyelash loss.
Neither of these medications will accelerate healing, but they may be helpful in reducing the scab formation or the redness after a surgery. I tend to recommend Graftcyte and use it in my practice.
