Patient Result — 1 Year After Rogaine Foam and 0.25mg Finasteride (with Photos)
This post comes from Dr. William Parsley in Louisville, KY:
Just saw this fellow (around 50 yrs old) today for follow up. I placed him on 1/4 tab of Propecia QD (0.25mg) along with Rogaine Foam BID a year ago. Attached are his results. Don’t know if he would have had a much better result with a higher dose. The appeal of a very low dose got him to give it a try, as he wasn’t excited about using it for worries about side effects. He had no side effects fortunately.

it certainly is likely that low dose finasterie is effective for preserving most of the hair in the crown area….but probably not the frontal (very androgen-sensitive) are…you will need other medicines if you want to save that hair ;-)
BUT…I am sworn not to reveal what I know about that hehehe.
Yeah right. You know nothing, that’s why you will not reveal anything. I think Rogaine Foam helps much more than that 0.25 mg finasteride.
is it true that 0.25mg blocks almost as much DHT as 1mg? therefore is it fair to say that likelihood of side effects would barely be reduced (if at all) at this dosage?
perhaps you should do a google image search and do your reading…*cough* *cough* there are ways to “make things” in the lab that Merck and other companies don’t want us to have or they’d lose money….the cure is known….downregulate the androgen receptors strongly and the hair loss will stop. You don’t need bad antiandrogens with high systemic risk…use the one that has good affinity and low systemic risk (there are actually 2 or 3 good ones)…there are ways to obtain a REALLY good batch of one of these antiandrogens right now and that is what I can’t reveal on here. do your reading on google. there is someone out there who is trying to get the word out so we can stop this suffering. the papers on pubmed have discussed it for a while now, and it is very likely it is the cure especially when used in the correct vehicle.
@alex, and what is the reason you do not want to reveal the *secret* drug? Would it make you lose any money or do you get satisfaction from seeing other men balding or are you just talking out of your …? It is odd to me that you keep on rambling about something that is supposed to be very effective and could possibly help hundreds of thousands of men get their lives back, while keeping it a secret.
@alex: I suggest you to stop. You are a liar, get a life.
bingo…almost nailed it…..I really promised I couldn’t tell what it is…but you were close with the one that starts with the “R” there is one other letter….it is *VERY* likely to be the cure.
there is a way to get one of them….I will not reveal specifics…do your own research please!! I’m just doing this in case anyone cares enough to follow. I suffer from this too and just want to put it out there…indirectly….so others can hopefully get in touch with them and access the antiandrogen as well.
Hey Alex,
Even though you don’t wanna reveal anything, can you give a bit more clues on what you re referring to?
Thanks
Rob
I’m tempted to believe Alex is referring to RU 58841.
If so, what’s to hide? And it is no magical cure. Users on forums report it stops working after 2-3 years. Of course there’s still no word on why its pursuit was stopped. But I don’t believe it works for a terribly large majority either.
Anyways, its available from overseas labs.
