ProRestora
Hey there.have you ever heard of a product called Prorestora? Claims to be fda approved. Thanks alot, really helpful site!
ProRestora isn’t by itself FDA approved, but it probably contains minoxidil (I couldn’t find a list of ingredients, so I’m just speculating). There are only two FDA approved hair loss medications — minoxidil and finasteride. Finasteride requires a prescription, minoxidil does not. Minoxidil is otherwise known as Rogaine/Regaine (depending on country). There are a lot of products that include minoxidil as the active ingredient since it is proven and available over the counter.
Either that… or it could be a scam. Even the bottom of their site says “All statements and information on this website have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration“.
ProRestora comes in two parts: a topical solution, and a supplement that contains saw palmetto and a few vitamins.
The supplement is FDA-approved because it is simply a 5% minoxidil solution. It contains nothing else. It’s just a generic version of Rogaine with no other ingredients.
I emailed the company and these are the ingredients in their solution: 5% minoxidil, alcohol, propylene glycol, water.
This is the same formula as any other standard minoxidil solution. Nothing special here. Just buy Rogaine or Kirkland’s version. They are identical
I’m sorry. I meant to say that their “topical solution” was
FDA-approved, not the supplement.
I apologize for the long rant, but I want to inform readers of my bad experience with these people.
I ordered a 4 month supply of prorestora about 2 months ago and instead of coming in a small box, it arrived stuffed in a mangeld/torn envelope from USPS. Upon opening the package, I noticed that the actual product labels appeared as if they were printed at home…There were even spelling errors present. Overall I was disapointed in the product I received and contacted sales. I told them that I did not feel comfortable using the product because the package appeared to be opened and they offered to send me a replacement. I told him that I would just wanted a refund.
I sent it back to an address he gave me (I google street viewed it and saw it was a private home). After several days and about 2 email requests later, they told me that they had received my return and would refund my money once he had a chance. Finally after 1 week of waiting for my money, I opened a dispute on paypal.
On the paypal dispute, he wrote that I did not write the RMA # on the package and that is why he did not refund me right away (which was a lie).
Finally he gave me back my money (minus around $12 for shipping which I’m sure only cost him $4 being that it was sent in a crappy envelope).
You have been warned!
I’d like to clarify some things. I work for ProRestora and I realize there must be some confusion. ProRestora is not an office in a house. It’s in an office north of the houses that show up in google if you search for the address. the streets are offset a little in that area and apparently google did not pick that up. Google is great, but it’s not perfect.
Steve, I know this was your second order with us, and I know that you were satisfied with your first order but not the second because of the shipping damage. I also offered to send you a FREE 4 months supply to make up for the damaged package you received, but you said you didn’t want that either. Our customers are VERY important to us, and we do what we can to make everybody happy.
I deal with all the customer issues with damaged packages that are delivered to customers, and it hardly ever happens, but sometimes labels can come off if the package has been damaged by water or some other means, like if the package has not been handled carefully by couriers. It still hardly EVER happens that packages are damaged though, and I would know because I deal with most of these issues personally. The labels for our product are professionally printed, and the labels were NOT printed at home.
Steve, I worked with you on this return, and I can’t personally confirm or deny that the package you sent to us did not have your RMA in it, but the shipping agent dealing with it could not find it. And, your return name was not the same as your order name and that did lead to some confusion. I am not allowed to give a refund until I confirm the info with them, so that is why there was a delay.
If anyone is interested in learning more about ProRestora, I’d be happy to assist you. I know that more than 95% of our customers say that ProRestora works well for them, and if it doesn’t, we do have a 120% money-back guarantee and we offer that to anyone who is not satisfied. That’s just what legitimate companies who stand behind their product do for their customers. I don’t know of any other hair loss products that offer that kind of guarantee.
If you have questions, email me at Orders@ProRestora.com. Thanks!
I just recieved my 1 month supply of Prorestora and it came in the mail the same way Steve said his did. It was all torn up in a cheap package and lookes like the label was printed at a house with cheap material. It’s a scam, and i bet the ingrediants aren’t even what they say it is.
I’m afraid to take the pills or use the topical formula. What i should do is contact my friends have them take this stuff to the lab where they work and see what’s in it. And if it isn’t what they say it is i’m gonna sue them. I’m really mad at co. or just people scaming everyone that seeks help. You can’t believe nothing anymore!
Jason,
If you have a concern, I’d be happy to work it with you. But, I’d like to point out a couple of things in the mean time:
1. We have not shipped to anyone with the name of Jason Taylor in the last 4 months. Unless that’s not your real name, I’m not sure this is a real complaint.
2. Our labels are printed professionally from a company in Georgia. It’s not a “home printer.” If you’d like to see our bottle labeling facility, I’d be happy to send you pictures.
3. Our labeling facility is FDA registered, which means that we’d have a lot more to worry about than being sued by you if we were not putting what we say we are in these bottles. We’d have all sorts of problems with the FDA to deal with. But, we don’t have to worry about that because we are a legitimate company who really delivers on our promises.
4. If you were really that concerned, you could have returned the product for a refund or even tried to contact us at all. We have real people who would respond to your concerns and help you out.
Anyone else who has questions or concerns, shoot us an email and we’ll be glad to talk to you. Orders@ProRestora.com
Dear Sir/Madam,
My name is SK from Totonto ,Canada.
I have order the Men’s Formula. The package which I got contains 6 bottles of “Topical solution for Men” and 6 bottles of “Oral Dietary Supplement formulated to promote Healthy hair growth in Women “.
I am just wondering that do the delivery package should suppose to contain 6 bottles of oral supplement for Men. As I have order the Men’s Formula.
Please let me know about this. I am bit confuse, if you provide the same oral supplement for Men and Women ??? If you need i can provide you with the details of my order. I have also send the couple of emails on “Orders@ProRestora.com” but i have not get any response
Thanking Yours,
SK
Ben- There is nothing about this product FDA approved except the minoxidil topical, if it’s really minoxidil and not just alcohol only cause that’s what it smells like. This product is not FDA approved only the ingredient minoxidil is. And i had my friend order it for me under his name and debit card. And i didn’t return it cause there’s no point because it’s a lot of trouble to return this junk! It’s not as easy to return as it says it is, i read the fine print. SCAM, SCAM! This is that dude Josh’s SCAM! I used Natural welbeing hair pills before and atleast it came in the mail in a box better and not torn to pieces in an envelope like Prorestora did. And it looked better and the pills actually smelled like herbal ingredients. What’s the difference in me just buying minoxidil and taking B vitamins for hair growth? That’s all this stuff is except it’s probably not the real ingredients and not minoxidil and it cost more??
That’s what i’m wondering too. Why can’t i just buy some generic Rogaine/Minoxidil and buy some B vitamins and saw palmetto and whatever else and just take it? It’s the same as buying these pills they all sale that are scams. And i also heard it’s good to use SLS free shampoo, like buy natural organic shampoo and conditioner. Might as well just buy some B vitamin pills for $3 or $5 and get some better shampoo and use some topical stuff on your head, it’s no difference than buying prorestora or procerin or whatever else it just cost more money to use procerin or prorestora. If it don’t work then there is nothing u can do about going bald unless u pay 4 surgery.
@Ben, @Brad and @Jason .
I have send 3 emails to prorestora guys..but i have not heard anything from them yet, i dont know what is the matter with them , after placing the order they even dont bother to getting back us to answer our querries :( :( :( :( :( …this is not good …
SK
I have posted my queries on June 2, @Ben and @Jason, if you guys can help me to answer my querry, it will be very helpful for me
Thanking Yours
SK
U haven’t heard nothing back because they are a SCAM! There is no difference in taking vitamins than taking their supplements. They’re seeling you vitamins man.
I’ve been researching this Prorestora stuff for a while…and from what I’ve found, I would say 95% of the reviews for it are written by that Josh guy which leads me to belive this is fake. When you go to PayPal, it says you’re buying it from Levanta Health which, surprisingly, I couldn’t find a trace of this company online. This can’t be a legit product. I would have been very interested in buying this stuff because I have a medical condition thats making my hair fall out. I want to buy it but I don’t trust it. I haven’t heard a single good experience using this except this really fake looking message board I found earlier… But anyway, I’m so glad I found this page to read up on you guy’s experiences and to vent a little bit lol
Bobby- Yeah man i wish i wouldn’t have bought this crap. I researched it too and seen the same thing, always that Josh dude. “i’m an idiot for buying it anyway”. Do u know of anything that is legit that may work man? I’m gonna try taking vitamins from the store, just basically B vitamins, vitamin A,C, Biotin & Fish oil pills. The vitamins say on the label it’s made for hair, skin & nails. It has all the vitamins neeeded for healthy hair growth so i hope it works. Also i’ve stopped using shampoo with SLS in it & switched to a all natural shampoo. What have u tried & what works in your opinion? Have u heard of Procerin? I wonder if it’s a scam too?
I wish I has seen this blog months before when I had ordered this product. I followed everyone of there protocols for returns, still no refund. They have ignored my emails only to claim different excuses’ each time. This has been a ongoing process of 5 months, and still the company has simply ignored me and only convinced me it is a scam. And to comment on Aaron’s comment, I had a friend from Provo, swing by and check the address, so the “google messed up line” doesn’t work, cause your address is a townhouse, not a office building. So nice try hiding behind the internet. I can only urge you unhappy people to file a complaint with the better business bureau. Hopefully we can stop the unprofessional behavior we have all experienced from this company, so some one else doesn’t need to go through it. Proestora has scammed a person with the wrong dad, considering he is on a first name basis with the attorney general of Utah, and believe me, there will be consequences for this companies actions. I don’t understand why they have tried to rip off people in search of help, whether it be, someone who has cancer, chronic pain, or someone or is simply searching for a way to help regrow hair or keep what they have: it takes a truly disturbed piece of scum to mess with someone who is in need.
@Jason
Well the only product I’ve been using Nioxin for about 1 1/2 years now. Its a shampoo, not for regrowing hair, but to keep the hair you already have. I’ve had decent experiences with it, but to be honest I couldn’t tell you whether or not its the main reason my hair is still decently spread on my head. Anyway, its a 3 step system: shampoo, conditioner and scalp activating treatment. Its a bit of a hassle to put on in the morning but I’m desperate to keep my hair which is why i;m here in the first place. I’m thinking of using rogaine but I’m scared to because I’ve heard that some people experience heavy shedding at first and for me thats absoultely out of the question because I have a very active personal life and going to the club or whatever with my scalp showing is probably last thing on my to do list. Anyone have any experience with rogaine?
I just want to inform all of you out there that if your curious about rogaine I would def give it a try. I have been using it for a year now(rogaine foam). I have gotten about 70% of my hair back already and i was completely bald on top of my head and the back. The directions say its only for the back but i put it where ever i had no hair. Oh and by the way, Prorestora is def not cheaper than rogaine because it costs me $45 for a 4 month supply. Also I take biotin 5000 mcg’s. Hope this helps.
ALL of your comments are very hepful THANKS! @ Jonathan, yeah man every word u typed is correct. It takes a piece of crap to do what a lot of people are doing “scammig” when someone’s in need & desperate for help. What about Procerin? Any ideas on maybe if i should try it or just take B Vitamin tablets and use some topical like Minoxidil?
So notice that rep guy stopped posting? Hmmm…SCAM!
Hi guys, sorry to inform you but if you’re losing your hair there’s not much you can do about it. All these medications, supplements, topicals will “maybe” slow down your hair loss but nothing will stop it that I’m aware of.
i purchased a 4 month’s supply 12 days ago and haven’t received any product. When i emailed the company my tracking number they stopped emailing me back.I called my credit card company and informed them of the potential scam. This company sucks! I tried telling google about the scam and they are just as hard to get any info out of than this company.I looked them up under the bbb and the had an f rating so i called their tel number and was forwarded to some guy’s voicemail.SHAdY! be careful.
Keith, that really sux man. Yeah Prorestora is def a scam! They need to be sued or something.
I’m so glad I read these comments before I hit “order now.” I feel sorry for all you guys who bought that crap. So, about Rogaine: Does it REALLY work? I’m 22 years old with what Bosley would consider Class 2 hair loss. I’m thinking about buying a couple months worth just to see. And if any of you saw results, how long did it take to see them?
Never used Rogain before, So I wouldn’t know man. I know that Rogain is just Minoxidile. You can just buy Minoxidile brand offline and save a lot of money, it’s supposed to be the same thing as Rogain.
I an understand why people would be skeptical. Hair loss is serious business. I am hopeful to find something to help me. I ordered Prorestora today and will try it. The reason you can’t find much info on he product is because their business is fairly new (about a year old). All of the complaints about the product on this site are regarding the packaging. I haven’t heard anything about anyone using the product and it NOT working…which I am most concerned amount.
I am reluctant to try rogaine because I read research that there might be more hair loss before hair will grow. (scary…I can’t afford any more hair loss)
I also went to Bosley consultations and bought the bosley laser comb which I haven’t had any luck with. Transplant is my LAST resort. Even then, I have researched that Bosley pays for all their hype on expensive advertising and the consultation was more like marketing.
I will gladly try an oral dose of minoxidil instead of using rogaine. I’ll keep you posted on how it goes with Prorestora.
Wish me luck!
I guess I’m not the only one who got screwed. I ordered a 2 month supply and in the original e-mail it said I would get a tracking number in the e-mail. This was July 16th, and I e-mailed several times asking for my refund since I never got the product and Aaron keeps making stuff up. How is it that this company only has 1 representative? Anyways I’m not done because I will get my money back and I hope Aaron reads this and forwards it to his “boss”.
I received my product today. I ordered my product on Sat the 24th. So it took 4 days for me. (I live in California)
That sucks that there are people not receiving their product :-/
I am starting the treatment tonight. I’ll let you know if I see any progress.
Veronica, Well first of all the oral suplement is just vitamins and some other crap they say that’s in it that probably isn’t. Biotin and other B vitamins supposed to help with hairloss or thinning hair. And the topical stuff in Prorestora is “Minoxidile” the same as rogain, so what’s the difference in just buying some B vitamins and using Minoxidile?
I placed an order on the 11th of September and never received it. I have tried to contact the customer service email MULTIPLE times and still haven’t heard from them or received my order. This is the worst customer service I have ever experienced
Well i have to agree with most of the reviews here, when i got my package in the mail it was all mangled up and looked very cheap. But as i look in the mirror i was like, ok i know the reason i bought this product was for it to solve my balding problem. I used the pills and the topical creme and it really worked. I noticed a difference in 2 weeks of using the product. You’ll notice that the new growth will appear colorless and thin. Once i got the results that i wanted in 4 months, i stopped using the product. About 2 months later the balding started to appear again. I am currently using the product again and will continue to use it.
Hey Guys, thanks for your comments. I was considering ordering this product until I read all of your posts….You just saved me 150$! I knew it was a scam just by the look of the guy’s site. Looks like a typical backlink site.
I used to work at Visa international…if you get scammed you can ask for a ‘chargeback’. You have up to 6 months (120 days) to request this ‘chargeback’.
I think it’s pretty obvious. They don’t provide a phone number, only an e-mail. Plus their website looks like if it was made at home. I actually was looking into this product, but now that i read all these complaints, i think i will pass and just try something else.
I’ve been using 5% kirkland minoxidil topical solution for bout ten months, its cheap and even though its not blowing my socks off with hair growth it has given me some decent progress. I’m gonna try some natural dht blocker vitamins to see if i can up the growth some. cost me 50 bucks for a year, and i will order again
I ordered Prorestora the end of October, 2011 and never received the product, but it was charged to my credit card. Tried emailing them several times, never got a response.
ProRestora seems to be a scam. I am sorry I did not find this website 3months ago. My order came in the same shitty package with some apparent errors on the label. I e-mailed my concerns multiple times to Orders@ProRestora.com as suggested by both sales rep on this blog and i got no reply.
also, when you try posting a comment on any of the ProRestora review websites it never shows up!
good thing i saw this post. I was ready to buy this product. Josh and this dr.bradley guy are all over the internet promoting this product. Now i’m 100% sure it’s a scam
I’m going with procerin or Nisim biofactors. Any suggestions?
Everybody, dont buy from this company ProRestora!! I have returned my 6 month supply because I got serious sideeffects, but I have never got any refund at all… even though they claim that you can have a 120% refund. A emailed them several times, but have never heard anything from them, since I returned the product. Those ProRestora guys take advantage of people in need… how low is that!
SO EVERYBODY, DONT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY PRORESTORA!!!
I found a Benjamnin Blackburn on LinkedIn from Provo, Utah. Apparently he is a specialist in internet marketing. Coincidence?
I have been using the product for 2 months now. After 30 days I noticed some fine hair grow in on my temples. After 60 days the hair around my temples has doubled. I no longer have a bald spot! Although, I still could use so more hair to fill in. I am going to continue using the product!
I don’t think that the company is a scam. After reading all these I just this they have poor costumer service and don’t follow through with refunds. It’s a chance you take but the price is right!
You can take Rogaine and have the same effects. This is just a similar product.
I purchased a two month supply of Prorestora for men. I was well into the second month when I noticed on the bottle in small print that the monoxidil was 2%. The bottle was clearly marked FOR MEN. I believe when you order this product for men you would automaticly get 5% not 2%.Becareful.
i have emailed Orders@ProRestora.com so many times and i got no replies, so my questions is, when you ask us to send emails and do not reply to them, what is the point???
btw my email address is saleh.khan11@gmail.com, please do email me back
I too have placed an order and received no product. If those who have information on ProRestora (like various names for the company, mailing address, phone numbers, IP addresses, actual location) would provide such info, we could bring legal pressure on the company and maybe close down their website. This would motivate them to improve their way of doing business or expose them as a fraud and shut them down. So I ask anyone having info on this company to post it here and contact any authority that could hold ProRestora accountable.
I sort of agree with Veronica. I use to use Provillus then switched to Prorestora which it so much better. My hair has grown back a little, still have a bald spot in the back but it does feel like it’s working better than other products I’ve used in the past. I hope it’s not a scam because I just placed another 4 month supply few weeks ago but have not received them. I’ve email them but no response yet. After reading everyone’s post, I’m starting to get a little worried.
So Ben (the rep) if you’re reading this, please let me know how long it’s taking now to deliver. I don’t remember how long it took the last time. Also, I never got a confirmation email…I don’t think I ever got one.
E**** I am right there with you. I have sent 2 emails and had No Response! I placed an order and have not received anything, except the charge on my credit card! I tried calling the phone number on my credit card statement, but it seems to go to Ben’s personal phone. I did finally leave a message last night. I am so frustrated right now!
I have ordered the product before and I have received it within about a month. I then placed my second order on 1 November 2011 and to this day never even received a USPS tracking number as I did previously. I also e-mailed Aaron numerous times and I have received no response! It is so frustrating! I ordered a whole 12 month this time and I pay in ZAR so it amounts to about 2800 ZAR!! It’s as if these guys just disappeared with my money and with no intention to deliver the products I paid for. Has anyone received products (second orders) since November this year? And how do you get hold of these people apart from the support address which Aaron usually responded to so kindly at first?
Good news! I have received 6 months of ProRestora supply today – i.e. half of my 12 month order. I suppose they post it in packages that contain a maximum of 6 months supply and that the second half of my order is on its way. So there is hope, people! I just wonder why they stopped responding to my e-mails…
After reading these reviews sometime ago I did become a little nervous as to the validity of this product. However like Veronica I noticed that most of the complaints were about shipping and customer service, and nothing about if it works or not. So I decided to take the risk and order the product.
I could careless what type of bottle it comes in…
I’ve been using the product for about 2.5 months and have honestly had some pretty great results. Prior to using the product my hair was thinning a great deal, mostly at the hair line and the crown. When those two areas began to meet I nearly lost it, and began trying all kinds of solutions.
Rogaine which is far to greasy, Nisim Shampoo which was excellent for stopping the hair loss but did nothing to regrow hair, and dozens of vitamins which were all but useless.
My hair has completely filled in everywhere there is no more bald spot on the crown, my hair line is back and the hair on the top of my head continues to thicken to date. I’m thrilled with my results but would agree that their customer service is less then sh***y.
I photgraphed the progress and would be happy to share the photos with anyone who’d like to see them. Drop me a line dreaming-aquarian@hotmail.com
Guys, I’ve been using this religiously for the past 4 months with NO results. And yes, I can confirm the shoddy/fake packaging and fake marketing. It sucks cause I took a chance, but it only shows u that the web is a con artists paradise. If u want results u have to pay and can’t take shortcuts.
I’m not the least ashamed or embarrased by my thinning hair, I’m 50
and shaved my head for the last six or so years which looks real cool and
Definately reduces your shampoo account! :)
I just started to grow My hair again, more to try and see What it looks
Like now and apart from beeing more or less white it’s thin on top
But fine on the sides and in the back. So I got the ridiculous idea
That I should try this product and ordered à months use.
That’s à month ago now and I recieved absolutely nada, the guy
First answered that it was on it’s way and now won’t answer at all.
My guess is that this is à one man operation from à highly unorganized
Person and definately to be regarded as scam judging from the many
Complaints here. And they are not written by the same person,
No way because they’re all motivated, different language and style,
The only thing they have in common is that they were naive enough
to believe this scam. So don’t buy from ProRestora!
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY, NO DELIVERY, NO PRODUCT AND NO REPLIES. THEY’RE NOTHING BUT CRIMINALS OUT TO MAKE A FAST BUCK
The email sent to Mr Blackburn via Paypal disputes
Dear Benjamin Blackburn,
It has now been over three months since you removed £62 from my UK bank account. I have emailed you numerous times asking for an explanation for where the illusive product I purchase could be and each time you have chosen to ignore me. It seems common that you ignore the trust-worthy people of this world, well believe me, you have picked the wrong person to start a dispute with. To be honest the refund of money is not my main concern, it is the continued trading of a illegitimate business called Prorestora that really motivates me. You may well run to Paypal with a feeble excuse to why you haven’t delivered my product, as I get the feeling you’re a dab hand at doing this through experience. Ignoring emails WON’T make the issues go away, it will only add fuel to the fire. If I worked for Paypal, I would close your account with immediate effect. Make your choice Ben, as what you are doing is a criminal offence, plain and simple.
Hi guys, I’m really feeling bad that I didn’t find this site before I ordered from Prorestora. Even thought I did a search on them. I see there are people that ordered a one month supply, 2 months supply and call themselfs idiots but I ordered a 6 months one. I have really no idea what is going on. I have only recieved an initial email from them with no tracking number as promised then tried to email them 2 weeks ago but no response. Then I tried it again today but NOW IT LOOKS THEIR EMAIL ADDRESS IS CLOSED???
Can someone confirm this please? So now I can’t even contact them to even try to get a response let alone a refund… SERIOUSLY WHAT IS GOING ON I JUST FEEL LIKE GETTING IN MY CAR AND DRIVING ALL OVER FROM CANADA OVER THERE!!!
Please report this company to the BBB. Their web page is http://www.bbb.com . It’s very easy to file a complaint. Please do so we can all have a chance to get our money back or at least the company gets closed. I found that Procerin is a product created by the same company so report it as well. Give as many details as you can. It takes 5 minutes, LET;S FIGHT AGAINST THIS GUY!! don’t just give up.
Thank you
Hey guys. IF this is a scam, we need to fight this! I ordered a 4 month supply a week ago and the only sign of life from them is the money taken from my credit card. There are zero contact numbers to speak of, no conformation emails, no customer service department. What leads me to believe this is a scam is that the only way to contact them is through orders@prorestora.com or something like that. I’ve emailed them 4 times only to have my emails declined and a response saying that email address does not exist. If it did exist at some point, it doesn’t anymore. Anyone who would like to join me to take this company down and get our money back please contact me at ajax_stewart@hotmail.com. And again, I’m not saying this is a scam, because I really dont know, but if it turns out to be we need to do something about this. Also, Ben, if you read this contact me back as well with some sign of life. I’ll keep you guys posted.
Add me to the list of unhappy (and possibly scammed) customers of Prorestora. I placed my order over 6 weeks ago which has still not arrived and there does not appear to be any way to contact them. This would have been my third order for a 2-month supply. The first order arrived within 2 weeks, however the second one took about 5 weeks. Not sure what is going on now, but it appears that the company may be on the verge of going out of business. In the meantime, their website still allows for taking your orders and money –which is FRAUD!!! Let me know how I can help to fight this.
I really wish I found this website before ordering this product for my brother in law. He asked me to order it for him and he went with the full year supple, YIKES! I have not received an email that was promised and there is no contact information on the website, I get routed to anther website and then I found this blog so I tried the email provided by a “rep” and it was just declined. I am so pissed I don’t know what to do.
I ordered prorestora over 4 weeks ago and buy reading the comments i think were all in a scam. We should all pull together and close this guy down It sounds like there is fraudulant acts here…
I was using this product since August and was working well..but last reorder in Feb has not been delivered and there has been no replies to attempted contact with the company. There is another company now called “Provillius” that has the same website look/feel to Prorestora. When I contacted them, they did not know anything about Prorestora….promoted by the same “Iusedtobebald.com” guy….
Thank goodness for all your comments because I have saved $150 for this product. I am debating between ProRestora or Provillus. Does anyone know if this product works. I think it is best to just go to health store to be in the safe side.
Hi,
I purchased a 4 month supply of Prorestora, shipped to Sweden, took time to receive the goods but finally after a lot of mail asking for a tracking No. I received it.
A couple of weeks later I received a another new package with 4 month supply. Now I have 8 month supply for the cost of 4 :)
I Have used it in 4 month now, but cannot really tell any difference… will use all the supply but not order any more after that.
I`ve used the product for about a year. Hard to really tell if it works or not because your hair falls out and grows in a certain cycle with or without the product. All in all i was mildly impressed but not thrilled with proresta.
I echo the claims of the guy who checked the minoxidil content and was disappointed when it read 2% instead of 5%…website clearly tells you that it`s 5%.
Any good news?….well i heard for the 1000th time that somebody found a cure for baldness while working on laboratory mice so….hopefully they will get this out before we die!!
I finally received my 2 month supply of Prorestora which took over 3 months to be delivered. I was also given a 25% credit, so perhaps they are back in business. Not sure what really caused the delay, but I think the company may have been sold. In the meantime, I’ve tried several products over the years and this one seems to show some decent results after a few months of use. If anyone has used and found something they think works better, please share.
Hi, 8 Month and no results what so ever. Have started with a orifarm, and after 2 month I can tell a difference.
I think the prorestore does not include Minoxidil at all.

I have posted above on 25 December 2011 and thereafter again on 3 January 2012. Herewith my experiences of ProRestora:
I made the mistake of ordering a 12 month supply from this company and after two months of waiting I received only half of my order. The other 6 month supply never arrived, despite numerous emails to ProRestora and asking them for a refund.
I had absolultely NO RESULTS from using ProRestora, that is after using using it religiously for 6 months!!
Now they have changed their name to HairIntegro. Maybe they will scam more people out of their money under the new name or continue delivering shocking service with no results. I wonder if anyone had their product tested, since I doubt it contains the Minoxidil it claims to contain. I have heard of other Minoxidil products on special that actually contains no Minoxidil.
People, best you learn from others’ mistakes and stay away from ProRestora and HairIntegro, or whatever new name they come up with!!!
