Your question has never been studied so nobody knows if already having existing gynecomastia makes you more or less susceptible to side effects. The doctors that write this blog should not offer you definitive answers without actually having any evidence to say either way. They also shouldn’t be offering specific medical advice over the internet without examining the patient.
