Taking Finasteride After Kidney Transplant?

I had a kidney transplant 5 years ago. I use immunosupresants (Tacrolimus 2 mg/12 hr and micofenolic acid 1 g/12 hr). And im balding :(

Is it safe to use Finasteride to help regrow some hair?
