Tenting a common complication of hair transplants

Tenting as shown in the photo below, reflects the skin of the graft that was transplanted at the time of the surgery. Good trimming of the grafts by the surgical team avoids this. If you have this, it tells the viewer that you had a hair transplant something that no one wants to happen.
