Treating my hair and results are not uniform, why?

I’ve been using topical minoxidil along with topical finasteride + microneedling once a week. I’m on minoxidil for about 3 months and on finasteride about 2 months. I’m seeing some regrowth in the temple area(they are filling up), however, the temple area is not fully filled. So my question is whether there is a chance that the hair will grow in the area that is still bald or if it just comes all at once. The progress is better than nothing but it would be nice if it filled a bit more.

How long have you been doing this routine? If it has been over a year, you should be concerned that it is not working well; however, if it has only been a couple of months, show patience. Remember, there are no guarantees with this type of treatment.
