Hello sir! Big fan! I wanted to ask if hair shedding can happen if I was to wake up 3-4 times every HOURR and eating less food? I use to eat 3-4 meals a day but then I started eating a meal a day or so. And then 3.5 months later my hair started to shed. So far I’m 4.5 months into shedding. Can this mean I’m balding?
