Most of my patients have to retake their driver’s license pictures after their hair grows in.
This doesn’t work because there are other factors that are not being taken into account, such as: (1) Donor density (available hair that you have now) to cover the hair loss you have now, and will develop in the future, (2) the thickness of your donor hairs, (3) the color/contrast between hair and skin color.
So i recently got an SMP (Scalp micropigmentation) which i was happy with at first but few weeks in the colors started fading and it turned blue and very blurry, contacted the clinic who did it and they refused to give me back my money but agreed to give me a free laser session removal for it, went and got one laser removal session 2 months ago, it was fine, still looks really blurry mess but it wasnt blue anymore, now today i got my second laser removal and after the removal i told them that i want the money back, ive lost my job, my 3 months of time, ive gone through such a big depression because of the botched SMP and the laser hurts like hell, ive never felt more pain, laser is literally 9/10 on pain scale, 10 would be passing out. But then they started saying how they did their job and its my skins fault and this has never happened before and its not their fault it turned blue which is full bullshit, its 100% their fault, my skin cant be any different, they still never mentioned anything about money and said ” we are doing what we can do make it better for u” and we will fix it for you and it will look great etc, but what do i do wrong do deserve going through multiple laser removal sessions and losing my job, time etc.
Would you guys pursue this and take legal action in this case or would you just say screw it?
Scalp Micropigmentation is a real art form. I have been teaching it for 9 years at medical meetings and many of the doctors who take the didactic course, don’t learn the practical side of it. When they do it, they produce people like you. Unfortunately, the legal recourse is very limited as few lawyers will want to take you on as the damages are limited. The key to the readers here is to learn from your experience and find a group of providers that have good Yelp reviews, and patients that they can show you their results before you dive in.

Started Fin 2 days ago and now I’m at work sitting here with an annoying ache in my balls. It’s not painful, but a nuisance in terms of feeling. I’m an athletic guy and exercise daily. Is it smart to push through for another week and see if ache disappears or should I stop. I’m able to get hard and masturbate as of today and there was no pain in the process.
I recommend to stop taking the drug and see if it goes away. Then restart it in a few weeks and see if it happens again.

Stay on the course as it takes sometimes 18 months to see full benefits. The finasteride has just started to work and may take another 18 months to see full benefit.
I have a friend who still have a a norwood 0 at 26 his hair is almost full grey but is better to have grey hair than no hair. My father is 56 still have NW0 only now it starting the thinning of the crow area. I unfortunately receive the genetic hair from my mother side and I am already on 1 or 2 on the scale) And going bald is inevitalble ? every man become bald when they become older like at 60-70 ?
Yes, the slower the appearance of balding, the less you may bald (that is if you are going to bald at all). My Grandfather on my mother’s side died at 102 with his 5 year old hairline still present.

22y/o here with diffuse thinning. I’ve accepted that growing my hair out long isn’t an option due to thinness and my hairline has started to go. I look fine with a buzzcut but would look great if I could fill in my temples. Ive stabilised loss with fin and min (on for 6 months) but am wondering if getting a small transplant (1k) to fill in temples is a a good idea (aged 24 or so). I think it would look better than some dodgy SMP. Has anyone done this/got any opinions
